SHIPPING FAQ
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Boston/Cambridge MA, in the United States. (That's on the east coast.)
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We are well familiar with shipping overseas. If you have any special requests for customs forms, please let us know.
Instead of shipping, can I pick up an item in person?
You can pick up items if you are going to the same events we are. Check our events calendar for a list of upcoming events!
What days do you ship?
Ideally, items ship every weekday, Monday through Friday.
If for any reason there is going to be a delay in shipping of more than 3 days, we will contact you.
We are unable to ship on holidays.

How are the items protected when shipping?
Each item is protected by cardboard then placed in a bubble mailer and marked “Do Not Bend”. Our items are pretty durable, so this virtually guarantees safe shipping.
What is the difference between “First class” shipping and “Priority” shipping?
First class mail is slower, but cheaper.
Priority mail is faster, but more expensive.
Can I ship an item to someone else?
Yes. If you are shipping an item as a gift to someone else, please let us know and include both your address and his/her address when ordering. Also, if you like we would be glad to make small drawings, write a birthday message or anything on the package. :)
What if I have a special shipping request? (Extra bubble wrap or papers, ribbons etc)
When entering your shipping information on the checkout page, there is a comment box. Feel free to put any special shipping requests in here. If there is a problem with your request, we will contact you.
